How long will it take to receive my book and courses?

Books are dispatched within 2 days of receiving your order and typically arrive at the destination within 5 working days. As for courses, access will be provided via email within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit & credit cards, such as Visa & Mastercard. Additionally, we offer alternative payment options like UPI for your convenience and security. Cash On Delivery option is not available yet.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Please read all the details given on the respective page before subscribing for a course or placing orders for the book. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. What if the validity of my course has expired. Do you allow extensions?

Full courses can be extended for 2 months at an additional fee of Rs 1000 + 18% GST. This extension is allowed only once per course. Extension does not mean number of views will be increased. During the extension, you can watch the pending lectures only for the remaining number of views. For course extensions, you can WhatsApp us your name, Email ID and details of the course to be extended to 7708821751.
